HCM City Conservatory is a leading musical training institution of Vietnam, which was established in 1956 under the name of the Saigon National School of Music and Drama. Over the past 60 years, Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory has trained and provided Vietnamese society with, Composers, Professional musicians, scholars and internationally renowned performing artists for both Ho Chi Minh City and the whole of Vietnam. Generations of our conservatory’s teachers and students have made an effective contribution to the development in the field of social arts and culture, which is recognized by the government and music admirers.
Asia Music & Performing Arts Education (AMPA Education) is one of the first distributors of international music & performing arts curricula and certifications in the Asia region. With our significant experience in music and performing arts education, we are able to offer strong and unrivaled insight into the music & performing arts education industry in the region. We therefore have the ability to boost the development of these products in this growing market, by matching product features to specific customer needs, creating demand for these products and providing them to the best fit target segments.
As a pioneer in this developing industry, we have built strong relationships with international music and performing arts educational institutions and publishers. These include Trinity College London, Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), National Association of Teachers of Dancing (NATD), Kindermusik and Alfred Music.
About Saigon Philharmonic Youth Orchestra
HCM City Conservatory and Asia Music & Performing Arts Education has sign MOU to collarborated developing the direction of focus on both the traditional orchestral performances and in addition chamber music performance, in order to train musicians with additional ensemble skills. Therefore, our teaching-learning and musical practice activities are closely related to the operation of a full symphony orchestra and also to develop specialist chamber music groups. As a non-profit undertaking this will allow small ensemble groups to perform in schools, college and other establishments in order to encourage musical appreciation and improve community access to classical music. This activity is both an opportunity for students to practice and a contribute in bringing music to a wider audience.
We are welcoming support from the public. Classical music will not only bring huge cultural and spiritual benefits to the wider community but also highlight the public-spirited and benevolent nature of the respective sponsors. The provision of support for a classical music conservatory gives both cultural and philanthropic credence to our sponsors, and in addition provides a perfect opportunity for sponsors to demonstrate their support and assistance.
